Shipping Policy YUNA Webshop:

At YUNA we strive to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Below you will find our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect:

Shipping time
Orders are shipped the same day, deliveries usually take five working days. Please note that deliveries may be delayed in some cases, for example during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped free of charge with PostNL or DHL. We trust the reliability and efficiency of PostNL/DHL to ensure that you receive your products quickly and safely.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with track & trace information, so you can track the status of your shipment.

Delivery area
Currently we deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. For the Netherlands a delivery time of five working days applies, for Belgium a delivery time of six working days.

Delays and problems
If there is an unexpected delay or something goes wrong with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve the problem and ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible.

If your shipment has been delivered according to the track and trace, we cannot help you further if you indicate that you have not received anything. This responsibility lies with the courier.

Chargebacks and Payment Obligations

Article 1: Chargebacks and customer responsibility

1.1. If a customer initiates a chargeback without valid grounds or without prior permission from YUNA Wonen, we reserve the right to recover the full costs of the chargeback, including any administrative costs, from the customer.

1.2. The customer undertakes to fully reimburse these costs within a period of 14 days after receipt of the invoice. YUNA Wonen . This obligation is based on article 6:162 of the Civil Code (tort) and article 6:27 of the Civil Code (obligations).

Article 2: Settlement of interest in case of late payment

2.1. If the customer fails to pay the costs due on time, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount.

2.2. The interest will be calculated in accordance with the interest rate of European government bonds with a term of 10 years, increased by a surcharge of 2%, from the day the payment is due until the day of full payment.

2.3. This interest compensation is based on Article 6:119 of the Dutch Civil Code.

Article 3: Additional provisions

3.1. By placing an order and/or entering into an agreement with YUNA Wonen declares that the customer agrees to these conditions.

3.2. In the event of disputes regarding a chargeback, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover damages and costs.

Article 4: Final provision

4.1. These terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where YUNA Wonen is located.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via iDeal, credit card payments, and Klarna post-payment payments

How do you ship the lamps?

We mainly use PostNL to send orders. With every order you will receive a track and trace code with which you can follow the status of your order.

The lamps are carefully packed and damage is rare.

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes! You can pay afterwards with Klarna

What are the shipping times?

Ordered today, shipped tonight. Deliveries usually take five business days.

Can I return my order?

We offer easy returns. This means that you can return your order within 14 days without giving a reason and get your money back.

Do you offer a guarantee?

All our products have a 2 year warranty

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a track and trace code from PostNL with which you can track your order at all times.

We have a showroom in Texel. Make an appointment to come by.
